  • What services do you offer?

    Honey & Ivory Collective specializes in bespoke event details for weddings, graduations, birthdays, corporate events, and life's meaningful celebrations. Our offerings include personalized mirror decals, event signage, stationery, flower leis & lei poʻo, and custom event pieces.

    Where are you located?

    Honey & Ivory Collective is based in Santa Clarita, California and serves clients throughout California. Select products are available for shipping nationwide.

    Do you travel?

    Yes! We are happy to travel for installations and events. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and graduation season.

    As a general guideline:

    • Mirror Decals: 2–4 weeks

    • Event Signage: 3–6 weeks

    • Stationery: 4–8 weeks

    • Flower Leis & Lei Poʻo: 2–4 weeks

    Rush orders may be available based on our production schedule.

  • How do I book?

    To reserve your project, we'll send you a booking packet that includes your invoice, agreement, service addendum, and design questionnaire.

    *Your booking is confirmed once we receive:

    • Your signed agreement

    • Completed questionnaire (if applicable)

    • Required non-refundable retainer

    How much is the retainer?

    A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve most projects.

    Orders totaling $150 or less and rush orders require full payment at booking.

    When is my remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days before pickup, delivery, or installation unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept approved digital payment methods, including Zelle and Venmo. Additional payment options may be available upon request.

  • Can I customize my design?

    Absolutely.

    Every Honey & Ivory Collective piece is custom designed to reflect your celebration, style, and vision.

    Will I receive a proof before production?

    Yes.

    You'll receive a digital proof to review before production begins. We ask that you carefully review all names, dates, spelling, wording, and design details before approving your proof.

    Can I make changes after approving my proof?

    Changes requested before production begins may be accommodated depending on the scope of the revision.

    Once production has begun, changes are not guaranteed and may require additional fees or a new order.

    Can you match my wedding invitations or event branding?

    Yes! We love creating cohesive event details. You're welcome to share your invitation suite, color palette, inspiration photos, or Pinterest board so we can design pieces that complement your event.

  • Do you provide the mirror?

    Unless otherwise noted, clients provide the mirror. If you're looking for a mirror, we're happy to recommend sizing and styles or discuss sourcing options.

    Do you install mirror decals?

    Yes! Professional installation is available for many events. If installation isn't included, detailed application instructions will be provided for self-installation.

    Can the decal be removed after the event?

    Yes. Most vinyl decals can be removed after the event. We recommend removing them carefully to help prevent adhesive residue or damage to the mirror's surface.

  • What types of signs do you create?

    We create welcome signs, linen signage, seating charts, bar signs, table signage, business signage, directional signs, memorial signs, and other custom event displays.

    Do you provide easels or stands?

    Unless otherwise stated, easels, stands, frames, and styling accessories are not included. If needed, we're happy to recommend display options.

    Can signage be used outdoors?

    Some signage can be displayed outdoors; however, weather conditions such as wind, rain, and excessive heat may affect performance. Outdoor displays should always be placed in a secure, protected location whenever possible.

  • What stationery items do you offer?

    We offer place cards, menus, programs, save the dates, favor tags, gift tags, and coordinated event stationery.

    Can you address envelopes or assemble stationery?

    Assembly and additional finishing services may be available upon request. Please inquire during booking for a custom quote.

    Why do printed colors sometimes look different from my screen?

    Every monitor displays color differently. Minor color variation between digital proofs and printed products is normal and expected.

  • What flowers do you use?

    We use fresh seasonal flowers selected for quality, availability, and overall design.

    Specific flower requests are always welcome, though substitutions of comparable flowers may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability.

    How should I care for my lei or lei poʻo?

    Fresh flowers should be kept cool and handled gently until they're ready to be worn. Care instructions will be provided with your order.

    How long will fresh flowers last?

    Fresh flowers are perishable and their lifespan depends on flower variety, weather, and handling. While we select the freshest blooms possible, we recommend enjoying them on or before your event day for the best appearance.

  • Do you ship?

    Yes! Select products can be shipped within the United States.

    Please note that fresh flower products are generally available for local pickup or delivery only.

    Do you offer local pickup?

    Yes. Pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Because every item is custom-made specifically for each client, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    What happens if I need to cancel my order?

    Retainers are non-refundable. If production has already begun, payments made are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.

    Can you recreate a design I found online?

    We're happy to use your inspiration as a starting point, but we do not copy another artist's work. Every Honey & Ivory Collective design is thoughtfully created to be original while reflecting your personal style.

    I don't see exactly what I'm looking for. Can you create something custom?

    Absolutely.
